The SWITCH immersion dripper simplifies the V60 brewing process. By eliminating the need to control your pour you get as much or as little extraction as you want with the push of a button.
We here at STC have switched to immersion brewing for this reason and one more that is of the utmost importance. This is to be able to provide our customers with a recipe that they can use at home ensuring a perfect cup of coffee every time.
We recommend using a 16:1 water:coffee ratio with hot, hot water above 205˚F. Add the water fairly quickly but make sure to saturate all the grounds while pouring. Release the coffee at 1min and your total brew time should be between 2-2:30 minutes.
