This is the first Honduras on offer at STCBD and we are super stoked!! This coffee is a single varietal Catuai and it is very fruity. Cherry and Red Apple flavours make this coffee sweet and juicy. It is all balanced out with a lovely Milk Chocolate note. 

We think this coffee makes a lovely espresso and pairs really well with milk. It is forgiving and always fruity no matter how you extract it. If you like a fruity pourover than this coffee is definitely for you!

Irma Argueta owns a 3-hectare farm that's planted entirely with Catuai variety coffee, about 12,000 plants in total. The coffee on La Frontera is picked ripe and depulped the same day, then fermented for 16 hours before being washed three times. It's dried on raised beds for 12–15 days.
