This gem of a coffee is soft and juicy. It makes me soft red tones. Reminds me of watermelon, strawberry and nectarine.
I first met Graciano Cruz when searching for a coffee to compete at the 2011 World Barista Championships in Bogotá Colombia. At the time he was running a farm in El Salvador producing some very good coffees.
Fast forward a few years and Graciano is now running HiU coffee producing some of the very best lots of coffee the world has to offer. Look out for HiU coffees getting the competition scene worldwide in the coming years.
