Cupping is a standardized way of tasting multiple coffees side by side. It is used to grade coffees and can be done easily all over the world. It is a great way to learn about the complexity coffee has to offer.

A cupping Experience consists of tasting coffees side by side using identical brewing variables to be able to accurately perceive the differences in flavour.

The coffee quality can range from everyday drinkers to super high end auction lot coffees depending on your preferred Experience.

BREWING

Brewing involves controlling variables. The way we do it has an major impact on the flavours in the coffee we brew. It is essential to understand the dynamics at play to master your brewing process.

A brewing Experience consists of learning all the variables involved in the brewing process and how to manipulate them to control the flavours in the cup and get the best out of a coffee.

ESPRESSO

Espresso is the most demanding brew method. Pulling a proper shot and steaming great milk is a science and an art. Learning the variables and controlling them is what it's all about.
