This gem of a coffee is fruity and sweet. It makes me see lots of different tones of red. Reminds me of red currant, cherry and raspberry.
Hacienda La Esmeralda is probably the most well known farm in the world. It is recognized as the farm where the gesha variety was discovered.
Since then Esmeralda has become one of the top producers of coffee selling lots for record prices and pushing the boundaries of cultivation.

SL-34 3 NB (CV) was harvested from the SL-34 lot in Hacienda La Esmeralda's Cañas Verdes farm on January 16th, 2024. After harvest, the coffee cherries were taken to Hacienda La Esmeralda's mill and dried on raised beds for 41 days. SL-34 3 NB (CV) has notes of brown sugar, cherry, honey strawberry, mango, and vanilla.
