3 COLLECTIONS

The Amber, Emerald & Ruby Collections at Seth Taylor Coffee represent the many flavours that can be present in all coffees and categorizes them. The goal is to make finding the coffee you like easier. 

In this Experience we will taste one coffee from each Collection. This is a great way to introduce yourself to specialty coffee and explore the multitude of flavours it has to offer.

DIAMOND COLLECTION

The Diamond Collection represents the best of the best. These coffees are routinely chosen year after year for their quality & uniqueness. You won't find a higher quality Experience than this. 

In this Experience we will taste 2 Gesha Variety coffees from 1 Incredible Farm; 1 Washed Process Gesha and 1 Natural Process Gesha. This set tasting lets you taste the impact of processing on the best coffee available. 

BREW BY STRENGTH

Strength is an often misused word in coffee. When used properly it relates to the ratio of coffee to water. By changing the strength we change the intensity in a cup of coffee. Strength might just be the thing that makes your cup of coffee perfect for you.

In this Experience we will explore different strengths of brew. We will use multiple different brewing devices to help express those strengths in the best way possible. Find your strength.
